The Stevenson Road Trip
on dstevenson's travel map.
On a wet westcoast highway, drove south on New Years Day.
The roadways were deserted. Cold wind in our face.
Up ahead in the distance, we saw a quaint little town.
Our heads were heavy, our appetites primed;
We had to stop for some food.
Population 360, Davenport, USA.
And I was thinking to myself;
‘This could be a great dive in disguise.’
But this place was amazing, stone fireplace and great eats.
There were people sitting everywhere,
Even at that early hour.
